With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, he has contributed extensively to the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and API sectors, holding key leadership positions such as General Manager and Vice President in Quality divisions including QA, QC, and Microbiology. Recognized by the FDA, Maharashtra, as a certified Technical and Competent Person for QA, QC, and Microbiology, Dr. Kadrekar brings deep expertise in regulatory and quality systems. Over the years, he has mentored and trained more than 500 science graduates and postgraduates, helping them build successful careers across various roles in the industry.

Dr. Santosh Kadrekar, M.Sc., Ph.D., DBM, is the Director of Pharma Quality Institute (PQI). He brings over 30 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and API sectors, having served in senior leadership roles such as General Manager and Vice President in the Quality functions (QA, QC, and Microbiology) at reputed organizations. He is an FDA (Maharashtra) approved Technical/Competent Person for QA, QC, and Microbiology departments. Throughout his career, Dr. Kadrekar has guided and trained more than 500 science graduates and postgraduates for diverse roles in the industry.
